Job Title: Recruitment Advisor Contract: Fixed term Hours: 37 per week fixed term to cover maternity leave Salary: Band B £22,514 per annum Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our office at Auxilium House, Hereford and 3 days remotely Closing date: 22nd September 2024 You will provide a Recruitment administration service for our customers, conducting all identity checks, pre-employment checks including references. Issuing contracts of employment, creating HR records and ensuring all information is correct and in line with current legislation and best practice. You will provide an effective and efficient recruitment administration service and support managers and employees in relation to all aspects of recruitment. You will be a good team worker, have the ability to prioritise your own workload and have a good attention to detail, with the ability to work across multiple systems. The role requires high levels of customer service as you will be interacting with new employees, recruiting managers and potential candidates on a daily basis.
