They have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join their successful team.\n\nRequirements\n\nPrevious Senior Telesales Experience with longevity in role essential.\nExcellent, confident communicator with a professional confident telephone manner and excellent sales skills particularly around building strong rapport, great exploring techniques and the ability to push for the sale on every call.\nAdopt role model behaviour at all times and be the person that new starters and junior staff members aspire to be in terms of sales performance, knowledge and positive influence.\nPromote best practices within the business and be the go to person in terms of knowledge of the business and its processes.\nAccuracy and attention to detail with ability to organise and prioritize workload.\nResilience when working under pressure with a strong work ethic and reliability.\nAbility to work independently with minimal support.\nTarget conscious and results drivenDuties & Responsibilities\n\nCompliance with the DCC Code of Conduct and other Group Policies\nMaintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.\nMaintain a full understanding of Fuel Cards and the market.\nPlan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets, involving high volume business to business cold calling.\nMaintain and develop new and existing customers through appropriate sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.\nRespond to, and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.\nUpdate all customer records on the CRM system.\nManage the accounts that are sold by the individual for a period of six months.\nAnswer and make calls in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.\nLog information on calls where required and maintain detailed and accurate customer records.\nMaking sure all the Call Back's /Courtesy calls are up to date on a daily basis
