Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking an interim TA Advisor to join our clients' team for three months on a fixed-term contract basis, providing essential support to the wider HR function during a busy period.
As the interim TA Advisor, your duties will include:
* Assisting with light-touch resourcing, helping to attract and identify top talent.
* Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations.
* Providing exceptional support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
* Ideally, experience within professional services.
