The firm: Our client has a rich history and legacy within the Scottish market and a reputation for delivering exceptional results and managing a bustling portfolio of clients synonymous with the Scottish market. The business has recently signed off on an ambitious five-year growth plan and are looking for a new partner to help them achieve these. The Role: The position will focus primarily on business services, financial reporting, and high-level business advisory. The expectation is that the relevant individual will hold a Practicing Certificate or be willing to obtain in the near future. The position is open to those operating at a senior level at present, either Director in a large set up, or already operating at Partner grade in the mid-tier space. The business will assist with all relevant institution memberships, and certificate requirements for signing rights. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse team assist them with the management of a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive business services advice and financial reporting. Develop and implement financial management strategies that drive client success. Offer high-level business advisory services, guiding clients in achieving their strategic objectives. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to execute their five-year growth plan and enhance operational efficiencies. Extensive experience in business services and financial reporting, or Audit with a strong background in high-level advisory. Proven history of managing client relationships and driving client success.
