Job Description
The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the company’s day to day brand ideals of the website are upheld. Working closely with both the Digital Design team, the Content Production Coordinator and Trade team. You will schedule and revise content for UK and international customers and occasionally write copy using our CMS system Amplience.
Responsibilities
• Manages all content creation, revision, and retention across the website.
• Works closely with both the Digital Design team and Content Production Coordinator to ensure all daily / weekly updates are completed on time.
• Ensures content is in line with the company’s brand guidelines
• Optimize content according to SEO
• Support with templated email design (resizing and exporting images)
• Project manage Digital Design team’s small projects and workflows
Practicalities
• An appreciation for high quality content for the luxury market
• Ability to resize and crop assets
• Great written and verbal skills
• An eye for detail when it comes to keeping identities and campaigns consistent across touch points and digital channels
• Experienced with CMS systems
• Confident managing multiple campaigns and schedules across UK and international requirements • Good time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word) and Monday.com
• Proactive ideas and suggestions on content and process

• Confident using project management tools (we use Monday.com currently)
• Experience of using Dynamic Content (the web content management solution offered by Amplience)
• Experience of front-end development using HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
