Your Role: As an Administrator/Paraplanner, you will play a key part in supporting our advisers and paraplanners, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You will manage client contact strategies, organize review meetings, maintain accurate client records, and prepare meeting packs and valuations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client relationships and ensuring smooth operations, all while adhering to our industrys highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage client contact and ensure timely delivery of review services. Prepare and produce client mailings and Review Meeting Packs. Maintain client records on Intelligent Office, ensuring they are always up to date. Provide administrative support, process response forms, and liaise with advisers to meet client needs. Undertake large-scale data cleansing exercises and other centralized tasks. Maintain high standards of professionalism and contribute to a positive team environment. What Theyre Looking For: Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients over the phone. A customer-focused mindset, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines. Experience in the financial planning sector, with knowledge of FCA rules and the financial services market. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English. Desirable: Diploma Level qualification, or working towards CII, Chartered Status, or RO exams. 1 year experience in an IFA/Wealth Management environment preferred.
