Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, project requirements, and deadlines. Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and other departments to understand project goals, gather requirements, and ensure design solutions meet business needs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Ensure that designs are innovative, user-centric, and reflect current design trends and best practices. Review and approve design concepts, prototypes, and final designs, providing constructive feedback to team members. Maintain and enforce design standards, ensuring that all designs are consistent across platforms and projects. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Design Manager with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard software. Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills. Exceptional creative and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and project constraints. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. A deep understanding of design principles, branding, typography, color theory, and user experience.
