While experience within commercial vans or HGVs is desirable, we also welcome candidates with a background in the passenger car sector who are eager to make the transition. Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor: Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing advice on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance. Scheduling and coordinating service appointments efficiently. Liaising with technicians and the workshop to ensure timely completion of work. Providing accurate estimates and keeping customers informed on progress and costs. Ensuring all customer records and service history are up to date. Handling warranty claims and service documentation. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector (cars or commercial vehicles). Strong customer service and communication skills. A proactive, organised, and problem-solving mindset. IT literate – experience with dealership or workshop management systems is a plus.
