The Aston School of Computer Science and Digital Technologies is looking for a lecturer in Cyber Security to help reinforce its research and teaching in the area. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across several areas of the computer science and cyber security curricula. A knowledge of ethical hacking would be an advantage. A successful candidate would be someone with a strong research area in Cyber Security but could also be a Computer Scientist with a track record of research or pedagogical innovation in the area of Cyber Security.
The successful candidate will be expected to have an excellent research track record, commensurate with their career stage, and show signs of innovative and independent thinking. They will be encouraged to actively participate in the development of new and exciting curricula.
