We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team in Garstang. About the Role: As an EYFS TA, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of children in their early years. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll help create engaging activities, foster social and emotional growth, and ensure each child feels supported on their learning journey. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate activities. Provide individual and small group support to children, including those with additional needs. Encourage a love for learning in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Help with classroom preparation, organization, and tidying up after activities. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children in an EYFS setting (voluntary or paid). A warm, caring, and patient personality with a passion for early years education. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
