Salary: up to £22,500 + Company and Personal Performance Bonus
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
All training will be provided. We require the candidate to have good organisational skills along with strong verbal and written skills. The candidate must also be confident on the telephone and must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Zest4 offer a full range of communications products and solutions via a network of Channel Partners across the UK. The underlying objective of the Service Relations role is to support our channel partners across the UK to service and administrate the telephony solutions connected via Zest4. The role is centred around working on our busy Service Desk, answering telephone calls, emails and working with internal and external portals. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be confident talking to a wide variety of Partners, Customers and Suppliers.

Objectives / Responsibilities
* Liaise with Zest4 partners and customers via multiple workstreams such as email, telephone and via our customer portals
* Provision new business on our various network platforms
* Management of in-life changes across various networks and suppliers
* Management of tasks within our own Self-Serve Portal
* Accurately enter order details onto network systems and onto the Zest4’s bespoke billing platform
* Work with our billing teams to ensure tariffs and products are built ready for connection
* Develop a good working knowledge of all IOT products sold by Zest4
* Perform Customer and Partner service tasks to support this team.
* Work within other teams and on various projects where required
