Steps Together Group operate a UK based collection of Private Residential and Outpatient Treatment Services to support adults with Addiction and poor mental health and wellbeing. We are actively recruiting local housekeeping staff to ensure we deliver a high quality environment for clients in our care.
Rainford Hall, the former family home and main residence for the Pilkington Family, is now converted into a new, 20 bed luxury residential addiction and well-being facility. Nestled in the heart of the Rainford Hall Private Woodland Estate, the property includes a fully equipped Gym, Steam Room, Sauna and Spa Pool; and is surrounded by open countryside and woodlands for the ultimate health and well being retreat from Addiction. It is essential that the successful post holders have transport arrangements in place to enable access to the facility, Rainford Hall.
Working alongside Steps Together's experienced Team, we are seeking additional Housekeepers to work closely with our Head of Housekeeping & Facilities to deliver the very best, high quality housekeeping and laundry service.
Our values and approach are really important to us and our work and we are actively seeking passionate and committed candidates who want to be part of a fun, supportive and professional team of colleagues.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Some previous housekeeping experience in either a residential or non-residential care setting - or be willing to undertake in-depth training in the role.
2. A keen eye for detail, good hygiene, infection control and general housekeeping principles.
3. A friendly, customer-focused approach to their work with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
4. A willingness to undertake routine housekeeping tasks - Vacuuming, Dusting, Bathroom Cleaning, Bed Changes, Laundry Services, etc.
5. Candidates must be flexible and able to work weekends and during school holidays to meet the needs of the business which operates over 24 hours.
If you would like to be part of an exciting new service, now is the time to join the Steps Together family at Rainford Hall, and play your part to help our clients, their families, or their colleagues, find their perfect solution to the devastating impact that addiction and poor mental health and wellbeing have had on their lives.
