Property Solicitor
BCL Legal is delighted to be working with this market-leading national law firm to recruit a Property Solicitor/Associate to join their Bristol based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile property development and regeneration projects across the public and private sectors.
The Role
As part of this successful and growing national team, you will:
1. Advise on a range of commercial property matters, with a focus on development and regeneration work
2. Support private sector clients, as well as local authority, housing, and healthcare clients
3. Handle high-profile projects, including:
1. Negotiating acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements
2. Preparing detailed reports on title
3. Managing freehold and leasehold transactions
4. Negotiating with bidders during competitive dialogue processes
This role provides the chance to work on impactful regeneration projects across the country while being part of a supportive and inclusive team.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will:
1. Be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE
2. Have experience in development and regeneration projects (preferred)
3. Possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
4. Show enthusiasm for business development and networking opportunities
5. Have some experience supervising junior team members (desirable)
