Location: Home Worker – weekly visits to the Gloucester office will be required The opportunity: A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Zurich’s in-house pensions team as a Defined Benefit (DB) Administrator, supporting the administration of the staff pension scheme. What will you be doing? Processing transactions and queries, including manual calculations where required, to agreed timelines Maintaining accurate and relevant records Contributing to analysis and recommendations for the exercise of trustee discretions, including ill health pensions and death benefits Compliance reporting Carrying out user acceptance testing for system changes Dealing effectively with member queries via telephone, e-mail or other correspondence What are we looking for? Previous experience of Defined Benefit (DB) administration Numerate (minimum GCSE ‘C’ grade maths or equivalent) Good verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate in plain English Good attention to detail and commitment to providing a quality service Working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word and Excel What happens next?
