Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic and reliable General Cover Teacher to support a thriving secondary school in Tameside. This role is ideal for someone with a flexible approach to teaching who enjoys working across various subjects to ensure continuity in students’ education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to students aged 11-16.
* Managing classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
* Engaging students with creative and adaptive teaching strategies.
* Supporting the school’s ethos and contributing to its inclusive community.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant teaching experience in UK schools.
* Versatility and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
