Our client, a well-established and dynamic company based in Chessington, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in human resources within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
* Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
* Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
* Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* CIPD qualification or working towards it is a plus.
