Responsibilities:
4. Ability to have meaningful conversations to identify the impact of poverty and social exclusion and promote enhanced economic status through access to, community
networks or personal strengths, universal services, housing, period of reablement, provision of equipment or minor household adaptations which could prevent, reduce or
delay the progression or development of an individual’s needs
5. To sustain and develop use of imagination, creativity and curiosity in practice, considering a range of options to solve complex dilemmas and problems. Ensure the
welfare, experience and outcomes of people using services are central to practice and decisions
6. Promoting asset-based community development to enhance outcomes for individuals
7. Model best practice in applying the principles and entitlements of human and civil rights and to support others to analyse, evaluate and challenge interventions that are unlawful
and/or disproportionate.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
8. Social Work England registration
9. Eligible to work in the UK
10. Hold a full UK licence
11. Post-qualified experience
12. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
