Type of Position: Wealth Management Administrator - Epsom
Pay: £20k - £28k
Our client is looking for a Wealth Management Administrator to join their team in Epsom, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and package financial planning reports for the Financial Planners and their clients.
2. Preparation of transactional templated client letters, such as letters of authority, change of address, and client disengagement letters.
3. Liaise with product providers to obtain fees and charges on specific products.
4. Obtain and assist with the completion of application/instruction forms and fact finds.
5. Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations, and product comparison quotes through appropriate sources.
6. Upload plan statements and other documents to client records following agreed naming conventions.
7. Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction on the back office system.
8. Assist with the onboarding process of new clients.
9. Assist with the annual review process of existing clients.
10. Any additional ad-hoc requests and support on company projects as and when required.
Candidate Specification:
1. Experience of working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, or similar tools.
2. Desire to deliver exceptional service at all times and strong focused approach to achieving the best outcome for the client and the business.
3. Ability to consistently deliver within service standards.
4. Excellent organisational skills, flexible and proactive approach to getting the job done.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
6. Accuracy and attention to detail to balance demands of role.
7. Desire to learn and build skills and ability through Personal Development Plan.
8. Previous experience working for a SJP practice.
9. Previous experience of working in a similar role.
10. Previous experience of working within financial services.
11. Experience of working in a small to medium sized financial services environment.
12. Experience of working in an environment of significant change.
13. Knowledge of Financial Services Industry.
