My client is a leading infrastructure provider, do you want to be part of their dynamic Aviation Division working non airside with Gatwick Airport and their Delivery Partners.Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of complex and innovative projects within one of the UK’s busiest airports.Key Responsibilities:Main Contract Management: Oversee multiple main contracts with Gatwick Airport and their Delivery Partners.Subcontract Administration: Manage subcontract works packages, ensuring timely and effective administration.Client & Supplier Collaboration: Lead risk reduction and commercial meetings with the Client and suppliers.Project Delivery: Work closely with the Client to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope.Financial Forecasting: Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting, project income, and outturn cost management, including monthly CVR reporting.Cost & Value Management: Conduct detailed cost and value forecasting, cost allocation, and reporting.Change Management: Price variations and manage the change control process in line with contract requirements.Innovation & Efficiency: Improve value for money by reducing waste, driving operational efficiencies, and introducing innovations.Claims & Recovery: Assist the team in recovering contract costs while identifying efficiencies, variations, delays, and claims to enhance project profitability.Client Reporting: Deliver monthly reports to the Client with comprehensive variance analysis and ensure positive cash collection.Experience: * Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally within the aviation or infrastructure sectors. * Strong knowledge of subcontract and main contract management. * Expertise in cost control, cash flow forecasting, and reporting. * Ability to lead meetings and collaborate effectively with clients and suppliers. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. * Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to value engineering and risk management.Why Apply? * Opportunity to work on high-profile aviation projects. * A collaborative and innovative working environment. * Comprehensive professional development and career progression opportunities. * Competitive salary and benefits package.Please send your update CV for further details on this Quantity Surveyor role
