This means meeting for coffee every day, enjoying our practice funded socials and being supportive to new members of our team. Our 22 GPs are currently supported by ANPs, Pharmacists, Paramedics and ARRS roles staff including Pharmacy Technicians, and Social Prescribers as well as large and experienced nursing, reception, and admin teams. We work well within the local community giving lots of opportunities for portfolio working including taking part within the Integrated care team, and any new roles that may be on the horizon We have a good track record of welcoming trainees and newly qualified GPs into the practice. We pride ourselves on being friendly and offering support especially in those first few months of transition. We have a duty doctor on hand each day with no booked patients ready to help with any queries that may arise. Using Emis Web we run a hybrid system involving an acute, on the day triage team and a planned pre-booked team every day.
