Role Overview:
Manage administration to ensure my client's processes are followed from reservation to completion. Oversee the Customer Journey, assist the Sales Progression Manager, and train Sales Executives and Agents. Support international sales tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Coordination:
o Handle all sales administration and enquiries.
o Maintain accurate and timely sales data and reports.
o Prepare sales information and manage databases.
2. Customer Journey:
o Ensure smooth progress from reservation to legal completion.
o Liaise with sales teams, construction, and external partners.
o Issue updates and manage customer communications.
3. Sales Progression:
o Support Sales Progression Manager in meeting sales targets.
o Report on plot progress and manage exchanges and completions.
o Assist with sales office setups and closures.
4. Training & Support:
o Train Sales Executives and Agents on company procedures.
o Assist international sales teams with tracking and progression.
