ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
1. Identifying the training and development needs within the organisation through personal development plans and regular consultation with Registered Managers, Regional Managers and the Quality Department
2. Supporting managers with devising individual learning plans
3. Producing training materials for in-house courses
4. Delivering training and development programmes
5. Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
6. Ensuring that training compliance levelsthroughout the organisation are met
7. Amending and revising programmes as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and changes in legislation
8. Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
9. Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages; including the LMS system
10. Provide data for management reports as required
The above list is not an exhaustive list of duties as the role may change from time to time to meet the requirements and objectives of the business as a whole.
The successful candidate will be required to be flexible in travelling frequelty to provide training across all of our services, you will be based at home.
