This role is Chester office based with the opportunity to work Hybrid. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Full time
HR Administration:
* Ensure employees maintain their personal records on the HR system.
* Prepare and process HR documents.
* Assist with payroll processing and handle payroll-related inquiries.
Operational Efficiency and Automation:
* Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and workflows.
* Implement HR software and tools to automate routine tasks.
* Monitor and analyse HR metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems.
HR Ideas and Initiatives:
* Support the implementation of employee engagement and retention programs.
* Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend improvements.
* Project manage and deliver agreed improvements and initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Organise and coordinate work events and keeping in touch with remote workers.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
* Be the first response for employee inquiries for HR-related issues.
* Support in the participation of HR audits and compliance reviews.
* Provide administrative support to the wider business when required.
