Job Description
We are looking for New Business Administrators to join our growing sales team!
Supporting the growth of our newly opened Coventry City Centre office, we are looking for five experienced administrators to support relationship management with our third-party intermediary partners (brokers). As an excellent communicator, both over email and phone, you will work on the administration of our sales pricebook to help deliver new SME customers to the business.
We seek individuals with experience in a fast-paced environment who are comfortable working to targets and deadlines, as well as with numerical data through Excel and our internal systems. You will need a strong eye for detail and be proactive in managing incoming sales tenders, liaising with our partners to ensure new business is allocated within company targets and frameworks.
Experience in the energy industry is highly desirable but not essential. If you have previously worked in a customer service or sales administration role (particularly in the utilities sector), we would be excited to hear from you!

Working Pattern
This role is based in our Coventry office and is Monday to Friday (office-based). The hours for the role are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with an hour for lunch.
