About our Team
As part of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Insurance vertical, this position will develop and execute market strategy growth.
About the Role
To empower LexisNexis Risk Solutions SLT to achieve profitable revenue growth and market leadership.
Responsibilities
1. Defining market strategy, overall business goals and objectives.
2. Creating plans for each business unit with the SLT (and teams) to bring the business strategy to life.
3. Leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic priorities.
4. Reviewing and monitoring market and competitor landscape in collaboration with the product team.
5. Leading the partnership and acquisition strategy, identifying opportunities and working with the AVP Strategy and SLT to assess suitability.
6. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and industry partners.
Requirements
1. Have experience leading in insurance/financial services including market analysis, strategy, and delivery.
2. Demonstrate deep understanding of the market and be able articulate market problems and translate them internally into recommendations.
3. Have interest in the changing landscape of insurance and how data can be used to create value.
4. Be commercially literate with experience of managing budgets and supporting the business to achieve outcomes.
5. Have expertise in interpreting data to find themes. Make recommendations and build into a compelling story of the art of the possible.
6. Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and skilled influencer, comfortable presenting internally and externally to senior management.
