The exact timetable will be flexible, arranged in discussion with the appointee ensuring that it meets the needs of the appointee and service needs of the Division. The leadership team encourages variability of interests and flexibility to support individual circumstances. Job Plans will be approved by the Clinical Director.
The Job Plan will then be reviewed at least annually. The Job Plan will be a prospective agreement that sets out a consultant’s duties, responsibilities, and objectives for the coming year.
