Salary Range: £65,286 - £72,162 + Excellent benefits

Responsibilities
1. Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
2. Assist the Head Teacher in setting the vision for the school's future, ensuring the right team and plans are in place.
3. Be resilient and dedicated, celebrating the significant progress made by students.
4. Support and collaborate with a broader management team and specialists.
5. Contribute to creating a well-resourced environment conducive to learning and development.

Located in Witherslack, Cumbria, Oversands School is a specialist day school catering to pupils with complex needs, including learning difficulties and challenging behaviors.
