Job summary This is an exciting opportunity within the ICB for a permanent Band 5 Primary Care Business Support Officer within the Local Delivery Directorate in South Tyneside and Sunderland. The post is full time; however, we are willing to consider part time or other flexible arrangements. Main duties of the job As a Business Support Officer within the Primary Care team, the post holder will work as part of the Local Delivery team across South Tyneside and Sunderland. The post holder will provide a key supporting function to the Programme Lead and Commissioning Managers in the delivery of Primary Care and Community services to the South Tyneside and Sunderland area, via contributingtheir knowledge and skills in respect of the planning, transformation, and commissioning of Primary Care. The post will involve close working with other colleagues within the Directorate tosupport successful delivery of the team's responsibilities. The post holder will support the ICB's priorities for service reform and will have knowledge of primary care, community, and secondary care services with the ability to search, analyse and present information.
