As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be crucial in assisting our staff with general and payroll inquiries. Your contributions will facilitate smooth internal operations and ensure high satisfaction among our valued customers.

Every day you will...
* Promptly and supportively handle all telephone and online queries from NHS workers, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining positive relationships. This includes addressing payroll and timesheet inquiries.
* Efficiently utilise customer support systems to resolve incoming queries, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities.
* Collaborate with broader teams to enhance and evolve our function, aligning with client, business, and regulatory needs for continuous improvement.
