Customer Experience Manager

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm)

I am looking for a Customer Experience Manager to manage customer relationships, support presentations, and coordinate customer engagement events. This role will be ideal for someone with a background in event management, as you'll be responsible for planning and executing customer events both in-house and externally. You'll also oversee market insights, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs and stay on trend, whilst managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage customer engagement events and projects, including both in-house and external events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Ensure our product offerings are relevant, profitable, and meet customer needs.
* Support with preparing tenders and business presentations.
* Work closely with the Marketing & Insights team to ensure a great overall customer experience.
