What awaits you?
This will be an opportunity for an intern to embed themselves into the Finance department and to obtain knowledge and professional skills, whilst gaining a comprehensive understanding of the distinct roles within the team. The successful candidate would take responsibility for the following:
* Take ownership for the digitalisation of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
* Support with the integration of the new SAP system into day to day working and interrogating opportunities for efficiency.
* Provide ad-hoc financial analysis of supplier and dealer positions.
* Support the AP team with invoice processing to gain knowledge into day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
You will be studying towards a 2:1 in a numerical based degree and be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; programming would be of benefit).
* Work collaboratively across the various departments within Finance.
* Must be able to collect, evaluate and interpret data.
* Perform analytical work and prepare clear and concise reports.
* Plan, develop, review and complete projects in a timely manner.
* Ability to analyse and problem solve.
