The post holder will provide comprehensive and specialist administrative support to the members of the Vaccination Team. This is a critical supporting role, which aims to provide a wide and varied range of administration duties, ensuring that work is effectively prioritised in accordance with the work of the NHS Executive and Welsh Government (WG). Main duties of the job The post holder will be motivated and enthusiastic, with a keen eye for attention to detail, as well as having a proactive approach. The role will involve supporting the vaccine team objectives on a day-to-day basis, including the responsibility for key administrative function to support national programmes. The post holder will be expected to manage their own workload and have excellent, fast and accurate keyboard skills. The ability to work at pace, meet deadlines and manage time effectively, with the appropriate level of prioritisation, is essential.
