As the Digital Solutions Lead for the Nordics, you will redefine a new way of driving collaboration with customers and external partners. At Vantive we are dedicated to further improving patients’ treatment and you will have a pivotal role in contributing to our success. You will lead and drive our projects related to digitalization and service creation, enabling access to new customers and different counterparts in the wider Health Care environment.
Our Sales team at Vantive offers multiple ways of treating patients and has a wide range of products and systems at the hospital bed, now working to connect the platforms with the hospital EMR system and build data analysis to improve patient care. The role involves pre-sale, post-sale, IT security, and post-implementation support for customers in the healthcare industry.
This role requires approximately 30-50% of time in the field.
What you'll be doing
* Set up and implement projects on existing regions and hospitals and interact with many stakeholders.
* Define projects and lead the implementation with multiple stakeholders at the customer side such as ICU/OR/ER/dialysis department, connectivity and IT team as well as purchasing organizations.
* Launch data driven solutions and service offering to customers.
* Work with available opportunities within existing accounts to differentiate the product offerings and benchmark with competitor offerings.
* Drive the commercialization of digital tools for Acute and Chronic in a value-based solution mindset.
* Access new customers and different counterparts in the hospital field.
* Influence decision makers on C-level and work with Vantive’s Account Managers to open doors for new business opportunities across the Nordics.
* Expand on existing portfolio and use insights to improve treatment performance.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven commercial experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of digital trends and technologies in the healthcare sector.
* Drive for sales with an excellent understanding of strategic account development with strong business acumen, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
* Excellent analytical skills to drive insights into the healthcare system and collaborate with relevant stakeholders involved in the sales cycle.
* Ability to build and develop long-term relationships as well as sell, educate, and inform a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Preferably, a good understanding of chronic dialysis, Intensive care or equivalent.
* One Scandinavian language - Danish, Swedish or Norwegian as well as strong English language skills.
