Title: Administrator Type: Temporary (8-12 weeks) Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday Thursday 8am 5pm, Friday 8am 3pm Location: Inverness Salary: £12.21 per hour Details: Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator on a temporary basis for approximately 8-12 weeks with the potential for longer term/permanent employment. This is a full time role requiring an immediate start and duties include: Scheduling of appointments, liaising with clients daily. Tracking Engineers diary, ensuring the correct sites are being attended to on a daily basis. Dealing with bookings and orders. Updating information of cancellations and bookings. Reporting to the client on a weekly basis and updating them on weekly activities. Compiling a report of activities on a two-week basis. Processing paperwork weekly, posting certificates as well as uploading documents onto client database. Updating excel spreadsheets. Day to day reception duties, answering calls from main switchboard. Relaying messages and passing on calls. Signing for parcels and passing on to the correct recipient. Assist with invoicing. Person Specification Previous admin/customer service experience. Ability to manage, prioritise and delegate a number of tasks to engineers on a daily basis as well as handle multiple customer and tenant phone calls. Excellent communication skills, including answering calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
