Provide regular direct clinical care and use your Critical Care experience to support the implementation of both clinical and non-clinical governance. Work flexibly as a member of the Critical Care Multi-Disciplinary Team to evaluate and improve standards. Serve as the principal point of contact between the Critical Care department and external auditors, ensuring all relevant training, protocols, and compliance standards are met. Support and mentor junior nurses and students, encouraging a culture of professional development and high standards of patient-centred care.
