I am currently recruiting for a Call Handler to work as part of a Patient Care team at a Pharmaceutical homecare company in Birmingham.
The client is a Pharmaceutical homecare company responsible for processing specialist prescriptions that are sent to patients in their own homes.
The role of the Patient Care Advisor is to act as the first point of call for all queries raised by patients or Trusts. You will ensure that all deliveries are scheduled, so that the patient never runs out of their medication.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to respond to emails professionally. You will also be required to update and maintain patient records, so accuracy with this is essential.
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The shifts will rotate weekly between 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm.
