What's involved with this role: Temporary Project Monitoring Coordinator - Housing Reference no: OBT PXTZG Pay Rate: £16.15 per hour PAYE 36.25 Monday – Friday, normal working hours This opening assignment is for 3 months City: COVENTRY This role requires someone who is both interested and capable in data management. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service experience and the ability to sort matters out by telephone. You will be part of a thriving communities' team and will need to have reporting experience and exposure to reports for social impact. Accuracy is vitally important. The successful candidate will be involved in reports around financial savings for customers, fuel grants for this purpose and helping people in poverty. Candidate will be confident in Project Management and Project Monitoring. Key responsibilities: Support the Impact and Performance Team Lead with the implementation and upkeep of robust monitoring and evaluation processes. Maintain the integrity of all systems and tools including databases and performance reports including tracking all trends and insights to support our customer journey improvement plans. Review and provide feedback to relevant project managers on all customer support data monthly and quarterly reports (claim forms) from Better Days internal and external partners. Contribute to the production of high-quality monthly & quarterly impact reports, data returns and benchmarking for internal and external audiences using qualitative and quantitative analysis and insights. Undertake research and/or evaluation for Ad-hoc reports. Support Colleagues from the Thriving Communities team to undertake and deliver activities to high standards of impact and compliance. Where necessary, provide guidance on impact requirements e.g. impact and social value outcome measures. Monitor and track the compliance of all Better Days projects and report any risks identified to the relevant project manager and senior management team. Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the Impact and Performance Team’s work is undertaken in line with GDPR and data protection requirements whilst ensuring Information Governance colleagues are consultant and informed as appropriate. Support the Impact and Performance Team Lead and Manager in preparing for any audit of compliance activity. Undertake any other tasks as required. Qualifications: Relevant degree/ qualification Knowledge: Understanding of project evaluation methodologies (randomised controlled trials, sampling methods etc Experience: Demonstrable experience of qualitative and quantitative impact reports and the ability to interpret complex information for a range of audiences. Previous customer service experience Advanced user of MS Excel and have considerable experience with statistical/data interpretation. Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to apply creative solutions to complex problems. Ability to think critically about monitoring, evaluation and learning. A proactive and flexible approach Ability to engage and work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently and act on initiative where appropriate. Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure whilst managing and prioritising a varied workload within agreed deadlines.
