Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is a proactive account management sales role responsible for growing our SaaS and Migrate revenue.
You will be focused on delivering and executing against the revenue targets by working closely with partners and direct customers continuing to grow this revenue in line with the company strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed sales targets working with partners and direct customers.
2. Ensure activity and meeting targets are achieved to support achievement of target.
3. Responsible for growing revenue, by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders with partners and direct customers.
4. Proactively manage all opportunities, to ensure that you have 3X pipeline coverage of target.
5. Proactively manage your diary including prospecting to maintain a full pipeline of qualified leads.
6. Develop strong relationships with new key partners to increase revenue and uncover new opportunities.
7. Excellent pipeline management and ability to accurately forecast monthly and quarterly.
8. Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with partners and customers, ensuring agreements are documented and comply with company policies.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and marketing, to develop a comprehensive strategy for winning new business and increasing share of wallet in existing partnerships.
10. Handle customer/partner escalations and act as the conduit across the business.
11. Own relationships with CloudM partners and customers, meeting with them regularly and getting their strategic buy-in to CloudM initiatives.
12. Ensure accurate updates are recorded in Salesforce to track all activity and opportunity management.
13. Act as a spokesperson and champion for CloudM in your region, attending events and conferences.
14. Continually strive to attain market insight which will help the business market and sell our software better.

1. Consistently deliver against the revenue targets across the suite of CloudM solutions.
2. Build deeper relationships with all partners understanding their business and work to be the tooling of choice across the suite of products.
3. Innovate and be proactive to achieve the targets and ensure a quality pipeline.
4. Create and nurture a strong brand and identity for the business, which reflects our mission, values and ambition.
5. Consistently support and nurture our existing customer base to support point 1.
Skills and Experience:
Key Skills
1. Skilled sales professional with a minimum of 5 years in an account management role.
2. Experience working in a high growth environment is key for this position, someone who is used to building rather than just maintaining.
3. Successful sales contributor with experience in similar roles, confident presenting to senior stakeholders and external parties as needed.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies collaborating with partners.
5. You will have what is commonly known as a ‘bias for action’. You like to get things done, and recognize the balance between speed and perfection.
6. Analytical and commercially driven - proficient at interpreting data and using it to inform optimisation tactics and strategic decision making.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate and engage with both sales and technical teams.
8. Experience working across the full business development lifecycles.
9. Understanding of customer journeys, with the expertise to implement a segmented approach, using automation where possible.
10. You're accountable - You want to lead the outcome and positively shape our most important metrics.
11. Analytical and problem-solving in nature with the confidence to question historical processes.
12. Provide regular reports to your manager as required.
Desirable Skills
1. Worked with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
2. Salesforce CRM experience.
3. Previous SaaS experience would be advantageous.

Location:
Remote-based UK (only) role. However, within commutable distance to Manchester is essential for monthly meetings and team days at our office.
