Managing recruitment, onboarding and induction processes Supporting business areas with coaching and HR advice Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Designing, delivering and reviewing training programmes Contributing to HR projects focused on wellbeing, engagement and retention Working closely with the Head of HR to drive strategic initiatives Helpful extras Monday to Friday Flexible days across 24-25 hours Central Cheltenham office location Permanent, part-time role Our mission of 'Making Recruitment Personal’ also means making recruitment fair.
