Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations across all e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Walmart, eBay, and AliExpress.
2. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, or innovative approaches to reach existing markets.
3. Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs, using insights to strategically position.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing their requirements and anticipating market shifts to deliver timely solutions.
5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets, encompassing direct sales, partnerships, and collaborative ventures.
6. Negotiate and finalize business agreements that align with company financial goals, including contract terms and pricing negotiations.
7. Collaborate with senior management to refine business strategies, offering strategic input based on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback.
8. Expand the company's network by attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Minimum bachelor's or master's degree in business.
2. Experience: Experience in E-commerce business development, sales, market research, Ecommerce Platforms.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and internal teams.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
5. Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities.
7. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals that are beneficial for the company.
