Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
2. Supporting the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and tender documentation.
3. Conducting measurements, valuations, and cost assessments throughout project lifecycles.
4. Assisting in the administration of JCT and NEC contracts.
5. Supporting procurement processes, tender analysis, and subcontractor appointments.
6. Attending project meetings and liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
7. Assisting with cost forecasting and risk analysis to ensure projects remain within budget.
