Salary: £60,350+ dependant on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Oversee strategic planning and manage the daily operations of building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, catering and vending, health and safety, procurement and contract management, security, and space management to effectively support the Facilities Management strategy.
* Scheduling and overseeing all Facilities Management service activities, leading and coordinating a team to ensure the optimal allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or the reorganization of existing premises, with appropriate supporting actions in place.
* Responsible for Facilities Management expenditure, ensuring that all financial targets are met and provides direction on value add initiatives and activities.
* Planning for future developments in line with strategic business objectives and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities, ensuring buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Experience in relevant Sites and Facilities environment.
* Experience of delivery in large scale and complex services across a facility.
* Experience of dealing with large & multiple budgets.
* Be familiar with Sites and Facilities trends and good practice.
* Previous experience of managing a team of direct and in-direct reports.
Desirable:
* WIFM/BIFM accreditation or equivalent.

The Site Services Team:
The Site Services team oversees and manages utilities, general governance of estate allocations, rent, and rates. They are also responsible for overseeing Facilities Management contracts, supplier relationships, and services such as catering, cleaning, waste management, and laundry.
