4. Lead UK marketing strategy & execution - drive brand growth and demand generation
5. Develop content & thought leadership - tailored for UK audiences
6. Collaborate with global sales partners - to enhance market positioning
7. Create content for UK audiences - thought leadership
8. Align digital platforms - work with the Digital Manager across website, social, email & CRM
9. Lead the assessment of sales channels as part of the ongoing Go-to-Market strategy
10. Drive changes to strategy based on data
11. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate

Requirements for the Marketing Manager:
12. Degree level qualification in marketing, business or similar
13. Extensive experience both strategic and hands-on with Brand Management and Demand-generation activities
14. Previous B2B marketing - in a technical Product - preferably Industrial machinery / chemical or similar (essential)
15. Strong communication with multiple markets
16. Experienced working with a CRM system - preference to HubSpot but not essential.
17. A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
18. Strong proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
19. Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools
20. Data-driven thinking
21. Fluent written and verbal proficiency in English is required
Remuneration & Benefits for Digital Marketing Manager:
22. Salary range £55 to £65,000 - dependant on experience
23. 15% bonus (company and performance-based)
