Our practice is situated inside Pets at Home giving us great exposure to new and varied clients whilst also offering ample free on-site parking and being ideally located in close proximity to junction 6 and 7 of the M5. The surgery itself is bright, spacious and air-conditioned and was purpose built to industry leading standards which has state of the art equipment including Xray machine, ultrasound, laparoscope, multi - parameter, endoscope, tono meter, diathermy, cryo, in house laboratory equipment including idexx catalyst, procyte, sedivue ,UA analyser and K-Laser. About You And The Role This role would suit an ambitious Registered Veterinary Nurse with great communication skills who is looking to utilise and improve all of their nursing skills whilst working alongside a positive and passionate team. We believe in our nursing team developing themselves, whatever your interests may be It will encompass diverse first opinion nurse duties, from anaesthetic monitoring to inpatient care, nurse consults, radiography and ultrasonography, and assisting with procedures. There's also an opportunity to get involved in schedule 3 procedures. You’ll be working alongside our incredible team of RVNs who have a range of individual skills such as training in massage therapy, a certificate holder in behaviour, anaesthesia and emergency and critical care as well as advanced nursing certificate holders. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week, including 1 in 3 weekends on an 8 hour shift pattern.
