Job Title
Bid Coordinator
Location
Remote working with regular visits to the office based in Liverpool or any other office deemed required for training purposes.
Responsible to
Group Commercial Lead
Core Purpose
To assist OEGR central team in the completion of tendering functions
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Production of high-quality tender / PQQ submissions, ensuring all processes are adhered to
2. Reviewing the tender in full, identifying any deliverables required and coordinating the production of these accordingly.
3. Facilitating meetings with technical teams to ensure the correct technical approach is advised and offered to the client
4. Liaising / Negotiating with third party suppliers (where required)
5. Preparing proposal documentation, collating and reviewing of information from relevant departments
6. Compiling pricing sheets from necessary divisions
7. Liaise with Head of Legal for effective review of Contract (where required)
8. Hosting / Attending Internal and External tender meetings where necessary
9. Compilation of appropriate Qualifications to tender including, Technical, Commercial and Contractual from divisions
10. Liaising with Group Commercial lead to ensure all risks are captured and mitigated
11. Efficient and effective handover from tendering to operations, ensuring all departmental requirements are captured
QHSE Responsibilities
To have a general understanding of the areas of our QHSE Management System and OEG’s QHSE aims and objectives that are relevant to the role.
Comply with the requirements of OEG Group Policies and the responsibilities within the wider QHSE Management System.

* Substantial experience using MS Office including word, excel and powerpoint.
* Proactive in prioritising own workload and assigned areas of responsibility to others
* Experience of working within Renewable Energy Industry preferred

* Degree qualified wherever possible
