These are just some of the reasons why global brands like Wise, Red Bull, GetYourGuide, and Aesop trust us to get the most out of their travel.
About The Role
At TravelPerk, we believe in empowering cross-functional teams of talented individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our customers and the company. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovation by identifying opportunities, shaping product strategy, and leading execution to deliver meaningful outcomes for our users.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help build solutions that simplify business travel management. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, customers, and your squad to develop tools that enhance efficiency, optimize costs, and improve the overall travel experience.
You’ll own key areas of the TravelPerk platform, making a direct impact on both admins managing travel and the travelers they support.
What You’ll Do
* Dig into insights: Use data and user feedback to uncover the biggest opportunities for impact. Share your findings with the team and turn them into actionable strategies.
* Share the vision: Clearly explain the “why” and “where” behind your product areas to keep your team inspired and your stakeholders aligned around the direction.
* Define strategies: Lay out clear plans for tackling the right problems—explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.
* Collaborate and execute: Partner with developers, designers, and other functions like Implementation, Sales engineering or Account managers to bring your strategy to life. Work incrementally to deliver value quickly and effectively.
* Be the go-to expert: Answer questions about your product area, create training materials if needed, and make sure proper product documentation is in place and up-to-date.
* Empower your team: Lead with a servant-leadership approach. Help your team stay focused, remove distractions, and create an environment that boosts productivity, creativity, and collaboration.
* Level up the product function: Keep learning and growing in your craft. Share new ideas and insights with your colleagues to help us build a world-class product team.
What You’ll Need
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of bringing incredible products to life with a data-driven and user-centric approach. Your background will include:
* Experience that counts: You’ve spent 7+ years working in an internet-based company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in development, design or business roles in the past (though it’s not a must).
* A sharp eye for UX: You understand what makes a great user experience and have experience creating customer-facing products that are simple, intuitive, and impactful.
* SaaS-savvy: You’re comfortable working on B2B platforms. You might have experience with topics like finance, tax, and compliance, and can collaborate seamlessly with finance stakeholders.
* A drive for execution: You know how to break down big, complex projects into smaller steps that deliver value along the way.
* A cross-functional mindset: You’ve worked closely with teams like engineering, design, finance, and data, and can quickly get up to speed with new areas of the business.
* Problem-solving: You can unwind tough challenges, balance risks, and come up with thoughtful, well-structured, data-backed plans.
What We Offer
* Competitive compensation including equity in the company
* Generous vacation days so you can rest and recharge
* Health perks such as private healthcare or gym allowance depending on your location
* "Flexible compensation plan" to help you diversify and increase the net salary
* Unforgettable TravelPerk events including travel to one of our hubs
* Mental health support tool for your wellbeing
* Exponential growth opportunities
