If you have a strong background in sourcing tech talent, a passion for innovation, and love collaborating on smart hiring strategies, we want to hear from you Role and Responsibilities Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill positions in the UK and Europe Candidate Engagement: Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they are aligned with Metrea's mission and values. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the wider TA Team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on sourcing progress. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify key talent pools and stay updated on industry trends that impact sourcing strategies. Tools & Technology: Leverage multiple sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback throughout the sourcing process. Reporting: Track and report on sourcing metrics, providing insights to improve the effectiveness of the sourcing strategy. Skills and Experience Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in a similar role. Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms to identify and attract top talent. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and candidates alike. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK and European engineering talent markets, including key talent pools and industry trends. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a process-driven approach to sourcing and candidate management. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different teams. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
