Job Description The Assistant Dean of Students & Director for Student Development will be responsible for a comprehensive student affairs program, oversee positive leadership and effective operations of all aspects within Student Affairs. The Assistant Dean of Students & Director for Student Development shall coordinate the work and interpret such work to the Vice President for Enrollment & Student Affairs. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Students & Director for Student Development will be the Director for Multicultural Student Services, Director for Campus Recreation & Greek Life, Director for First Year Experience & Campus Life, Director for Residential Housing, and the Director for Student Activities & Engagement. Required Qualifications Terminal degree in educational leadership or other relevant area; and record of successful experience in higher education administration.
