Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to grow, service, and manage retail and trade accounts, including buying groups, national account stores, retail showrooms, and trade merchants. This role involves creating demand, building strong customer relationships, and positioning the company as the go-to solutions partner in the market. You will be managing a client base of circa 80-100 active clients. Key Responsibilities: Territory Management: Drive sales growth across the area ( South East & Central ), ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Customer Training: Deliver tailored training plans to develop and secure brand advocates within customer accounts. Account Development: Work closely with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to develop existing relationships and secure new business. Sales Initiatives: Present and execute sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth targets and sales cycles. Market Intelligence: Gather and report market insights, identifying opportunities to enhance customer offerings and drive revenue. Product Promotion: Proactively sell the full product range (bathroom, kitchen, ceramics, and flushing systems), addressing gaps in customer portfolios.
