We're looking for a creative individual with substantial experience to be a big part of our team. The right candidate will have experience working in kitchens, in a head chef position or similar. You must also have the ability the demonstrate 5* food hygiene standards and upkeep our 5* EHO rating. An interest in growing a business is important, as is excellent people management skills.
If you're successful in your application you will help to innovate and design seasonal menus, run the daily operations of the kitchen and manage all BOH team members. The Open Kitchen served brunch, lunch and dinner plates, all beautifully presented. We are currently installing a Chef's Table, which the head chef will utilise to innovate and experiment with exciting new ideas and concepts.
We will need you to have the right to work in the UK, a strong personality and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
In addition to salary, the successful candidate will;
- share in tips, which will be auto-added to all food bills at 12.5%.
- have Christmas Day Off.
